Vanessa Rolle is a Registered Nurse with extensive credentials spanning clinical nursing, healthcare management, addiction medicine, and risk management. Her vision of accountable, safety-first homecare nursing drives every aspect of Serenity Homecare.

Under her leadership, Serenity has built a reputation for excellence in home-based nursing care across The Bahamas, with a team of fully licensed professionals who share her commitment to patient dignity and quality outcomes.
